1. What kind of hair is “Artisan Virgin Hair”?
“Artisan Virgin Hair” is our brand name.The origin of our hair is of India or Asia. If cared for properly, hair may last 2+ years.
2. Can this hair be colored?
Yes, the hair can be colored any color desired. However, to achieve lighter colors such as platinum blonde, it is suggested that it be colored in stages to lift to the desired color. Special care should be considered when coloring hair from our Super Saver collections.
3. How often should I shampoo this hair?
It is recommended that the hair be moisturized daily but shampooed and conditioned as you see fit which is normally once every 1-2 weeks.
4. What color does the hair come?
The hair comes in a natural 1b/2, but some strands may appear lighter in sunlight.
What payments are accepted?
We accept all major forms of credit/debit
How do I cancel my order?
Please contact us to explain your issue. Orders that have already been processed may not be cancelled.
What is Pre-Order?
Pre-Order items may or may not be readily available for pickup at our store and must be ordered OR they require customization before shipping/pick-up that requires a processing time.

What are your available shipping options?
We offer 2-5 business day standard shipping that includes tracking. We typically ship via USPS, but we will use FedEx or UPS when needed.
How long is shipping?
Shipping takes between 2-5 business days after it has left our location. We are not responsible for shipping delays once a package has been accepted and scanned by USPS. ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES MAY BE DELAYED DURING A SALE AND HOLIDAYS.
