Returns: Store Credit
Please read carefully.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY STOCK OR CUSTOM ITEMS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
If you feel that you have received an order in error, and you have not altered the products in any way, please take a photo and send immediately to email@example.com within 48hrs of delivery. We will send a return shipping label for the item to be shipped back to our store. We do not do exchanges. Once your item has been returned (in its original condition) and has been inspected and approved, you will receive a store credit via email in the form of a gift card.
If your order has been damaged or is missing pieces you will be informed via email of a partial store credit.
We will not refund/exchange/credit items for any reasons not due to our error.
By federal law human hair products that have been used, worn, brushed, combed, picked, cut, or shampooed in any way can not be returned.
